• Operated package and mail processing equipment; including but not limited to postage meter machines, letter sorting machines, package scales and various systems being monitored.
• Assisted in organization and distribution of mailing multiple bulk orders. Bulk orders included various mailing materials: weekly/ monthly newsletters, seasonal promotional materials, and community magazines and fundraising, as well as local community companies invoicing.
• Tasked with performing quality control checks on processed mail to ensure accuracy and compliance with postal regulations.
• Adhered to specific and strict security protocols, especially when processing highly confidential and time sensitive documents.
• Always maintaining high levels of detail verifying addresses and names, often memorizing frequent customers’ orders, and verifying addresses.

• Led Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills while managing multiple projects.
• Led and managed a platoon of 33 to 45 intelligence soldiers for preparation and deployment to SLPILT-BASED Operations in Kosovo and Afghanistan with little or no unexpected issues.
• Daily accountability of over $16 million worth of Military Intelligence equipment, while maintaining nearly 100% accuracy.
• Deployed to Kuwait for OIF and was the Sr. Intelligence NCO working in a Combined Joint Task Force Consequence Management CBRN (Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear). Assigned with International soldiers from Romania and Germany.
• Squad Leader during Desert Storm. In charge of 12 Soldiers and Families before during and after Desert Storm. Redeployed to Germany until the unit deactivated.
• Maintained East-West Germany Border security prior to the communist wall in East Germany and Czechoslovakia. In a 3-man team setting, maintained 24 hour vigilance security for 1-2 months duration of border security.
