Driven Substitute Teacher adept at overseeing classes on long-term or short term basis to cover for medical or personal absences. Noted for being a passionate educator with an in-depth approach to learning. Successfully leverages wide range of instructional approaches from many areas to achieve educational goals. Strongly driven to learn and acquire more knowledge and skills, and in turn use those abilities for future jobs ahead. With a wide variety of skills and experiences to bring to the table , often asked to cover more subjects than the three I am currently certified for. Have more recently finished several long term engagements. Did so, to bring more stability to the students and have less disruptions for them as well.

• Documented and resolved numerous situations where I have been awarded on an organizational and personal level, IE: By my supervisors, customers, staff and students.
• Supervised team of several individuals, picked by me to perform NBC supervising and testing on a Battalion level. Designed their training and testing and made sure it was followed through. First 100% percent mission capable, no findings on the NBC portion of an evaluation.
• Achieved numerous goals by completing multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Usually with little to no supervision.
• Often asked for assessments and opinions on people or situations. Noted for separating the self, from evaluations and trying to deliver the most accurate and honest assessments I can give.
• Can provide more specifics on awards if inquired and looking for specific examples.
• Finished the Kansas Quality Assurance Screening ( Sign Language Interpreter) on my own. Now focusing on finishing another certification the RID, on my own again soon.
• Took the Praxis for multiple subjects, will take a fourth hopefully soon. This is done to better serve my employers and students.
• Also will start the TEFL in October, to again , better serve my employers and students.
• This is a personal accomplishment, but I was homeless for about a year and a half. I finished my first degree while homeless and after much time and effort, have rebuilt myself.
• Recognized by multiple schools as an excellent substitute. In high demand for many, and currently fill in for 5 districts.
• Completed extra training to further help students under care. I have a strong desire to learn and experience more. Taking Khan Academy courses, Masterclass, Duolingo and more to increase my skills and knowledge base.
• Have traveled extensively, and encountered several cultures. Also have been in all 50 states and lived in about a dozen.
