• Responsible for providing leadership for over100 gifted and talented students. Integrated Studies Classroom (ISC) Instructor. ISC is collaboration and autonomy course that prepare students for their next big step in life.

• Consultant responsible for coordinating STEM/STEAM career development services for over 200 student. Managed over 25 customer call per day. Establish and maintain business/education partnerships that support STEM/STEAM school's mission of college and career readiness.
• As consultant I serves all stakeholders by building linkages with school staff, business/industry representatives, postsecondary educational personnel, parents, and civic and community organizations.
• In addition, working collaboratively with school staff and coordinating support services of business community, I facilitate students' transition into workplace through their enrollments in educational establishment STEM/STEAM program

Consulted with nineteen school districts,100 neighborhood associations, rural areas, Joint Base Fort Sam Houston Veteran/Transition/Active duty military community groups and city of San Marcos on concerns and issues related to current and potential 2020 Census issues.

• Expertly uses PEGA Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Program to fulfill census goals and mission of provided data for new census partnerships. Entered over 300 organizations, 300 contacts, 100 events, and 512 commitment in support of 2020 census.
• Facilitated San Antonio Area Census Offices Group Quarters meetings with Joint Base San Antonio, which include, Fort Sam Houston, Randolph and Lackland Air Force Bases, Texas military commanders. These meetings were to assure 2020 Census enumeration of over 80,000 active-duty personnel and 250,000 veterans.

• Systematically integrated data-driven process using four phases of quality in development of Rodriguez Elementary Improvement Program.
• Responsible for core programs root cause analysis. Created weekly dashboard used by leadership to check quality of data inconsistency in three educational programs. This was in support of 1K educational grant given to school for student improvement.

• Positions held while attending university full time. School of Pharmacy Lecturer: Led classes for 18 pharmacy graduate student on intravenous add mixture products and developed course material.

• Integrated improvement data to develop procedures ensuring efficient pharmacy operations at all three pharmacy locations. Offutt Air Force Base Pharmacies were recognized by Air Combat Command with Pharmacy of Year Award.

• Manages, plans and coordinates three geographically split pharmacy operations for 20 bed hospital and full-service clinic serving patient population of over 16,000.
• Lead eight pharmacy technicians, one reservist, four volunteers, and two students. Provides oversight for forward logistics technician.

• Manages Inpatient Pharmacy Services which dispenses over 200,000-unit dose medications and over 83,000 intravenous admixtures at 180-bed Army service Medical center that provides support to Europe, Middle East and Africa. Supervises staff of 9 Army and Air Force Technicians.
• Responsible for over $120,000 hand receipt items and over $300,000 drug inventory.
• 86th Medical Group OL-A, cerated office of First Sergeant for 170 Air Force personnel station at Landstul Army Medical Center.
• First Sergeant for over100 Air Transportable Hospital (ATH) personnel and Director, Air Transportable Hospital (ATH) Pharmacy. In October 1994 USAFE Audit Agency did completed audit of all ATH Deployed Narcotics.
• Due to outstanding record keeping of narcotics deployed to Operation SUPPORT HOPE, Entebbe, Uganda, Africa, (3 Aug- 24 Sep 94), USAFE Audit Agency Reported, “Not one narcotic dose was missing from ATH Pharmacy Drug Inventory.”

• Responsible for coordinating, supervising and managing all clinic pharmacy Functions. Supervises two technicians, six Red Cross volunteers and $220,000 budget.
• Recorder for Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and Drug Utilization Review Subcommittee. Chief Shelter Management Team, Clinic Total Quality Leadership Coach, Pharmacy representative to the Infection Control Committee and
• Services Management Committee. Responsible for RAF Bentwaters Pharmacy. Mandatory Closer Plan in 1993.
• Closed the Clinic Pharmacy and personally moved all narcotics medications from RAF Bentwaters Pharmacy to RAF Lakenheath Pharmacy, England.

• Prepared and implemented plan for transition of inpatient pharmacy from old David Grant 150 Bed Hospital to newly build David Grant 250 Bed Hospital.
• Increased unit dose drug system from 50 to 100 percent without additional Manpower. Instituted central admixture service Apr 89.
• System involved use of infusion syringe pump and Add-A-Vial System which saved Medical Center over $300,000.
• Responsible for acquisition and implementation, of Baxter Clintex Multitask Operating Software, Hardware, and All-in-One Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) Program.
• Formulated and inputted TPN protocols for new system. In, Aug 1990, responsible for implementation of on-job Intravenous and Chemotherapy Admixtures training program for five University of Pacific Doctor of Pharmacy students. Tasked as on-call pharmacist during low manning.
