• Complete turn over for vacant apartment as directed by the Property Manager
• Repair or replace cabinets, stove, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, washing machine, dryer machine, GFCI electronic switch, light fixtures, ceiling fan
• Plumbing, toilet repairs
• Certified HVAC
• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled, carry cell phone as required for on call maintenance
• Fire watch for emergency
• Provide assistance to residents for any concerns and repair or remodel apartment as necessary
• Oversee maintenance work of other technicians to ensure that all repairs and replacements on electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance issues are completed
• Coordinate special projects as directed by the Property Manager
• Responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence or damage that have taken place or that may occur
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.

• Reliable Package Handler with the extensive experience in material handling, inspections and shipping and receiving
• Focused on continual process improvement and cost reduction
• Physically fit and can lift at least 80 pounds
• Load packages on conveyor belts and on delivery trucks
• Move and store materials and products
• Stack materials in accordance to instructions
• Assist with unloading trucks
• Able to stand entire shift
• Proficient in loading and unloading
• Prepares trucks for deliveries with organized and efficient loading vehicles
• Safely lifted heavy packages to prevent injury.

• Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors and maintain all building systems as assigned.
