• Administrate and manage two access distribution platforms for all cuts i.e. dailies, rough cuts, finals VAM & CTM established protocols that increased buy in form 330 to over 600 users & 40 prime time & platform series
• Oversee strategic consolidations to technical specs and requirements for delivery of theatricals, made-for-television movies, dramas, comedies and alternative series in prime consolidating workflow to maximize efficiency and save cost
• Liaise with studios to ensure timely delivery of timing sheets, vendor estimates, invoices and resource schedules to prevent potential financial, creative, or deadline problems increasing movie buys by 50 percent
• Maintain consistent workflow with studio counterparts, directors, mixers, editors to ensure the quality of protocols and requirements
• Manage daily distribution workflow with marketing, public relations, crew members, editors and talent to guarantee timely, cost effective and creatively approved episodic material distribution
• Maintain strong relationships with ABC Signature Post executives, editing teams and post supervisors continually driving cost savings
• Perform continuous workflow reviews with executives in development, Current, Alternative Series, Marketing, Scheduling and Finance to define and propel ABC's content presentation quality and consistency.
• Co-Developer Axiom/Eve/Intelligence; an open source scheduling information database for real-time prime time schedule, show metadata, video and ratings information.

• Prepared contract language, delivery protocol and continually pioneered implementation of leading edge technologies i.e. 720P HD delivery spec, File based workflow, Prime Image video time compression and all aspects of editorial preparation for over 300 theatrically released theatrical film broadcasts on ABC.
• Approved 1:78 : 1 film transfer, off line edits, ADR recording, on-line edits which encompassed editing for time, broadcast standards and act break locations. Attended all ADR, sound mixes, online edits and talent consultation.
• Innovated use of time compression technology during 2007/08 strike earning ABC Network over 200 million in additional revenue.
