My duties as a house charge for a group home in Fergus Falls were as follows. I was in charge of making all employee hiring and firing, I was in charge of paying all bills for the house, I was in charge of the menu, I was in charge of ordering supplies, I was in charge of maintaining the clients' accounts, I was in charge of getting clients to their appointments, I was in charge of training staff on the therap module.

At Prairie St. John's, I was an HST. My duties were to make sure all documents were put into the computer. I was in charge of doing room checks on all adolescents and adults in the mental health unit and assist the unit charge nurse with any help they might need.

As a director of a level three group home in Charlotte, NC, my duties were as follows. I was in charge of employee relations including hiring and firing, I was in charge of making sure kids got to their appointments and school, I was in charge of making the menu, I was in charge of training staff giving meds, I was in charge of making all rules set by the state were followed.

As a manager with Domino's Pizza, my duties were as follows. I was in charge of all staff relations including hiring and firing, I was in charge of ordering supplies, I was in charge of customer relations, i was in charge of money handling.

I was an HST at St. Cloud Hospital in the mental health unit and drug rehab floor. I basically just did room checks on patients and some coding for the hospital. I also did stocking of supplies.

As a human service technician at Catholic Charities, my job duties were as follows. I worked the night shift and made sure all adolescents were in their rooms and complying with rules set by Catholic Charities. These children were there as a last resort before a juvenile prison. This was a facility run under Father Flannigan's Boys Town Model.

As a student worker at the Hospital. I needed to work two hours for every school day. This was due to living at the school dorms. My job was to work at the canteen for the residents there.
