Streamlined manpower monitoring for OSI PJ Det 2, providing SAIC with timely updates on personnel status, vacancies, and projected actions. Maintained rigorous accountability for all 32 authorized government positions through monthly reviews of the unit manning document. Facilitated timely advertising of vacant positions in collaboration with HQ PJ, ensuring prompt recruitment efforts. Oversaw management of 24 authorized contractor positions, securing qualified personnel to support the unit's mission effectively. Directed personnel selection for deployment taskings in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation New Dawn, and various joint chiefs of staff exercises. Oversaw training and equipping of all selected personnel to ensure mission success and operational effectiveness.
