• I have spent the past two summers participating in a unique experience. I lived in Jiangsu Province, China at the Maling Shaolin Kung Fu Academy studying the martial art form of Kung Fu and Chinese culture. My training was under the tutelage of a 32nd generation warrior monk Master Bao Monday through Friday from 7 am until 5 pm each day. The training was intense and challenging, but I gained much from this opportunity. We lived by the code: discipline, humility, respect, loyalty, willpower, endurance, perseverance, courage, and patience. All these lessons have made me the man I am today.
