- Sell memberships and receive payments

- Make ice cream and other orders

- Follow food and dietary restrictions

- Clean inside and outside shop

- Answer questions and concerns

- Greet customers

- Seat customers and bring them water

- Answer the phone and any questions

- Take reservations

- Clear and clean tables

- Assist with bringing food to tables
