
After thirty-five years of human resources, employment law and management experience, I am seeking full- or part-time position which will utilize my skills as a manager, communicator, consultant, and decision maker. With the experience and knowledge I have acquired, I would like to help others make the right HR and benefit decisions to benefit themselves and their organizations.
Responsible for all operations of the school district with 2,000 employees and 9,000 students during the 2020-2021 pandemic.
Worked closely with city officials, school board members, central office staff and school administrators to ensure the school district operated smoothly and efficiently while maintaining and enhancing its status as one of the state's most excellent school districts.

During the course of my career, I have held a variety of teaching and HR leadership positions in a manufacturing, automotive and scholastic organizations.
Throughout my adult life, I have coached high school basketball as I enjoy helping young people develop athletic and leadership skills through sports.
