Served as a subject matter expert and point-of-contact for all HR specific processes and systems with SAPHR and Workday HR Modules.

  • Participated in testing for business process changes along with Workday releases and updates. Checked Workday Community for release notes, videos, and forums.
  • Assisted in maintaining accurate and up to date business processes and job aids.
