- To spearhead the Blow Molding dept., which I successfully started, after having installed the pertinent equipment and trained a technician for each of three shifts the department has been fully functional for the past twenty months
- This has allowed me to expand to other areas of the operation, such as the Maintenance, Engineering dept. and Continuous Improvement.

- Worked my way through the ranks and eventually earned the opportunity to manage the latest manufacturing plant acquisition in Houston TX in August 2001, collaborating with the President and vice-President to transform it from a negative $25,000.00/mo. plant, to a $7,000,000 operation by the time of it's sale in June 2017
- Took charge of all manufacturing departments until the plant showed profits and then promoted and trained employees from within to fill in all departments' management positions
- I was asked to stay with the company after it sold to continue managing it until it's consolidation with the Mansfield plant in January of 2022
