  • Design and deployment of key compensation programs on a global scale across the Organization as Global Compensation & Benefits (US, India, Canada and Europe) expert.

  • HR operation activities include maintenance of employee personal records, global organization chart, employee background check, OL/Employment verification/Experience letter preparation, Vendor management etc.
  • Lead entire immigration and mobility function.
