  • Oversee subcontract negotiations for 15+ subcontractors per project, ranging in size from <$250k to +$20MM on scopes including road construction, grading, SWPPP implementation/management, fences, pile installation, tracker installation, DAS/SCADA, and performance testing.
  • Oversee divisional revenue in excess of $225,000,000 per year.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire employees and implemented mentoring program to promote positive feedback and engagement. Since becoming Division Manager, have retained 100% of office employees.

  • Generate and/or review outgoing pricing proposals for utility scale projects, as well as manage post bid submission updates and price variations.

  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators for multiple project sites, to include installation rates, labor rates, subcontractor performance, and overall project budget in order to maintain clear visibility on estimated cost at completion.
