I was one of the solo bartenders that worked both the opening AM and PM closing shifts. I was in charge of a fifteen patron bar top, a 4-7 table section and making craft cocktails for the entire establishment. As a General Ledger Accountant I kept the books for three of the company's multi-million dollar restaurants. My many responsibilities during my time at Margaritas was running all areas of the restaurant(s), adhering to company financial standards to increase sales and minimize costs, promoting the development and performance of the employees in each restaurant, ensuring high quality of food preparation and service, anticipating and maintaining inventory, ordering all necessary restaurant supplies, creating a positive environment for the guests and employees alike and guaranteeing customer satisfaction at all times.
