At Crescent Pine,I have the privilege of working directly with the Managing Partner, collaborating on business development strategies and spearheading new initiatives. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in managing the summer intern process. Some of the key activities I engaged in during this time included: Serving as the senior summer intern, I took charge of organizing and executing the daily syllabus for the firm's comprehensive internship program. Actively identified and coordinated the procurement of industry guest speakers, ensuring a diverse and engaging lineup on a daily basis. Assisted in analyzing the firm's social media content and benchmarked deliverables against industry standards, contributing to the improvement of our online presence.

Served as a camp counselor for three consecutive summers, earning promotion to Senior Head Counselor due to strong dedication towards this job. Planned, organized, and led daily activities for the children, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. Mentored junior staff, fostered teamwork among campers, and helped resolve conflicts with patience and an open mindset.

Demonstrated leadership by mentoring the young athletes and promoting a positive team attitude. Collaborated with the head coach to plan and lead practices that helped emphasized teamwork, communication, and mutual respect. Encouraged player development through guidance, motivation, and role modeling both on and off the court.
