During my summer breaks in high school I worked for my father as a plaster hod carrier and an assistant painter. After he passed I became an oil technician for a few years before becoming a Quality Control Technician for Granite Construction. There I learned about road construction as well as plant construction. I cultivated great core values and skills at Granite Construction and became one of the best materials inspectors I am today! Four and a half years later I progressed to a state job at Caltrans as a transportation engineering technician then i was offered a position and a materials inspector as a consultant at caltrans district 4 field labsbefore transferring to the materials LAb where i currently work.
