  • The completed scope of work: Total perimeter included 18 floor scaffold and green screen
  • Fortifying foundation structure with micro piles tied to #12 rebar cages, poured and tested 1500 yards concrete footings and flat work on property
  • The vertical concrete walls were fortified with FRP inside and out from ground level to the roof for seismic support
  • Replace old water pumps and old boiler system, domestic and fin tube heat with new integrated system
  • Also, replacement of all vertical cast iron drain pipes and cross ties, Remodeled lobby, offices library and 270 resident apartments including floor coverings appliances plumbing fixtures and kitchen cabinets
  • Installed fire life safety systems, sprinklers, alarms, pump house backup generator, stairwell pressurization, and painted interior and exterior paint
