Hobbies

I use hiking as a gateway to be free, reset my mental and emotional battery and explore the beauty of life around me and embrace nature with my dog by my side, whom is my life's best friend as we tackle the hundreds of miles of beauty we are lucky to have around us in the PNW.

I love the gym and use powerlifting as a metaphor in life, "when life gets heavy, lift it up and grow" all while, the gym connects me with many people and helps me maintain many of my disabilities I have obtained from the military. Lastly, one for fun, you can never go wrong with pizza, and I am always up to the challenge to educate my taste buds with a wonderful pizza pie in front of me.
