Duties included but not limited to working in a 24-hour secure facility which required adhering to safety protocol while preforming skilled and semi-skilled repairs and upkeep to building, handled diverse tasks like carpentry, plumbing, electrical, alongside preventative maintenance, safety checks, responding to urgent work orders to ensure safe and functional facilities. managed service requests, tracked maintenance records, amongst additional discovered tasks.

• Duties included but not limited to: Visitor services; Interacting with people attending the park, providing directions, rule overview/enforcement, and directions while maintaining a professional and inclusive demeanor and tone. Basic building trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, janitorial, and landscape maintenance. To maintain the natural and cultural resources, structures, facilities, equipment and systems of the park.

• Duties included but not limited to, operating building/agency computer systems operation of x-ray scan machine, bag checks, confiscation of suspicious/restricted items, and physical inspections of persons entering courthouse. Working with a diverse population of the community.

• Duties included but not limited to communicating with site foreman and other staff about projects, duties, and deadlines. Prepare building fire suppression material, fabrication of sprinkler heads, drilling, measuring and general installation.

• Duties include but not limited to, morning animal rotations, feeding of animals, cleaning of kennels, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping of client meeting areas, Replacement of light fixtures, maintenance of buildings, dog runs, and any other tasks assigned or discovered.

• Duties included but not limited to: Stocking, facing building materials i.e. lumber concrete blocks, roofing shingles, rebar, fencing, etc. and maintaining department floors.

• Duties included but not limited to supervising a widely diverse staff of approximately 80 people including: assigning employee responsibilities and placement, conduct interviews, and consulting with clients, while providing superior support at events of various sizes.

• Duties included but not limited to: Sweeping and mopping floors, scrubbing walls, replacing housing fixtures, framing walls, painting, removing trash, yard maintenance, general plumbing, and any other tasks asked or discovered.
