Along the way I have worked with Investors to help them buy, sell, and lease including vetting tenant qualifications. I have worked with cell phone software in measuring homes and outlining the floor plan of the home. I have taken pictures for banks addressing physical addresses and have worked with banks taking pictures of exterior and interior to give value to homes.

I do have a social life but I am single so working long or odd hours to get the job done is not a challenge for me. I feel my background fits perfectly for your position of Field Associate - Rental, and would love an opportunity to visit with you further concerning employment.

I am a College Graduate, with 2 or 3 years experience programing and designing computer software for a bank, but moved to sales 50 plus years ago, which includes 21 years of being a licensed Realtor in Texas.
