Robert Haak

I am a people person, and an effective leader. For over 20 years I have directed fast paced news and programming shows at the #1 rated television station in Buffalo, NY, WIVB News4/CW23. My responsibilities include managing the time and activities of my crew as well as working closely with the newsroom and programming to produce clean shows at the markets #1 News station.
Over the years at WIVB my assignments have included all aspects of behind-the-scenes production, so I am very comfortable and understand all the responsibilities of each position of a studio crew.
I pride myself on my ability to work with people as well as adapt and learn the ever-changing technology that is an integral part of television.
