• Led the analysis, design, and delivery of BI solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence applications such as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Analytic Server (OAS), Data Visualizer and BI Publisher as part of SEG's Data Warehouse Team.
• Met with business leaders and translated business requirements into clear, actionable dashboards and operational reports.
• Proven Leader of team projects consisting of ETL and BI colleagues on multiple projects. Successfully lead our team to retire a highly used BI reporting tool in 2025 after 2 other project leaders and 7 years had failed to complete.
• Designed, implemented and maintained enterprise data warehouse solutions supporting analytics and reporting for multiple business domains.
• Designed and conducted employee training programs for the Oracle BI applications, Microsoft’s Power BI, and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM/ Hyperion/Bio) increasing user adoption, user competency and reporting accuracy.
• Served as subject matter expert for SEG’s Pharmacy data and corresponding database. Responsible for design, mapping, extract SQL and all data warehouse supplied reporting.
• Provided Administrative Support for Hyland OnBase Enterprise Content Management and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications (Oracle Hyperion/Brio).

Served as the Information Technology project team leader and a front-end technical resource for the Warner-Lambert/Pfizer/J&J Point of Sale (POS) initiative, supporting the company's sales organization. My team maintained and stored 15 different account level POS databases, along with providing Business Intelligence (BI) reporting capabilities. As project leader, I helped coordinate the following support activities:

• Programmed and maintained multiple Business Intelligence reports, utilizing Hyperion Intelligence ("Brio") and Oracle SQL queries. Managed and provided the administration of the Oracle Hyperion Intelligence Web Server.
• Designed and presented high quality Business Intelligence software training classes to a varied cross-section of the Pfizer/Johnson & Johnson Sales and IT organizations.

Provided project leadership on the design and support of the Business Intelligence reporting needs involving the internal data to the companies’ consumer product business organizations.
