Recruited by the President of the division to lead new multi-discipline division specializing in turn key technologies in sensor, instrumentation, and electrical variable speed drives, to organize and focus engineering team.

• Responsibilities included team of 20 in development engineers for products of variable speed drives, test fixtures, design, and fabrication/ manufacturing.
• Leader in the product management team for production optimization including drives, gauges, and instrumentation with SCADA to provide quick solutions for clients
• Created intelligent well monitoring and control, providing a BHI SaaS for optimization and analytics for analysis of alerts and failures.
• Introduced AI (neutral networks), for well head automation and troubleshooting for artificial lift systems
