Since 1973, Rob West has been involved in the financial industry. Rob’s expertise in the insurance business led him into a successful practice as a Certified Financial Planner, Registered Investment Advisor, Registered Representative & Vice President for two National Wall Street financial firms, and an Estate/Probate and Trust Paralegal.

In 1990, Rob moved from the Wall Street investment scene to open Estate Planning Strategies Agency, Inc. and EPS Investment Advisors. Operating from his 3,000 square feet office condo building, he staffed two attorneys, two CPA’s and 14 sales associates.

Rob re-directed his extensive financial background into estate planning para-legal and financial plan writing focusing on the estate planning and asset protection needs of his clients.

Rob’s credentials include:

  • Certified Financial Planner and Series 7, 63 licensed Reg Rep & Wall Street VP
  • Independent Registered Investment Advisor Registration
  • Life, Accident and Health Insurance License
  • College degree work from 1969 to 1974 (focused 4th quarter senior at The Ohio State University majoring in Finance, Business Management, and Insurance and Risk) with over 1900 hours of surplus professional education classes

In 2003, Rob advanced from the mainstream financial industry. His focus centered on the financial education industry, mortgage foreclosure defenses, and financial research into global money and (central) banking.

Rob assumed the role of Senior Financial Strategist for RME Advisors, LLC and The Financial Preservation Network, LLC as a co-founder in 2007 and 2012 respectfully.

In 2016, Rob expanded business operations again. Having cultivated 50 years of continuous Financial Research, Advice, Services, and Strategies, he is uniquely qualified to share knowledge, information and contact capital.

”Family Asset Planning USA" emerged March 1, 2023.

Emphasis is placed on re-engineering business and estate models to measure the income tax and asset protection benefits of a specialized asset protection guided spendthrift hybrid trusts for business owners and owners of valuable property and senior citizens.

Rob is an expert in planning Extraordinary Business Owner Benefits and solving complex financial matters.

Although Rob is the Standard Bearer and Founder of the company, Family Asset Planning USA is also a collective of other professional partners who have been invited to join this platform as Insiders.

Rob resides with his wife Lt. Col Deanne Bender, USAF Retired on an off grid mountain top cabinn in the Boise National Forest. They enjoy family gatherings with son Chris and his wife Ely in Ohio, daughter Leslie and her childre in Colorado and daughter Amy and her husband Sean in Florida. All combined they have blessed Rob and Deanne with eight grandchildren.
