ROBERT LAYTON

I am a highly motivated and dedicated self-starter with professional experience in Personal and area security, Natural Gas and Public power location, Risk Assessment, management and mitigation, Damage Prevention and Customer Service. Prior to re-entering the civilian workforce, I spent thirteen years in the United States Army serving multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan before transitioning to service as the Tactical Training Instructor of a Military Police detachment. I am currently a Natural Gas Locate Technician and Technician Trainer for Heath Consultants in Lubbock, Texas. My daily duties include the electronic location of public utilities within rapidly and ever-changing residential, commercial, and industrial construction areas, as well as the training and auditing of new employees.
