- Contracted with AT&T, Fiber Optic & Verizon Fiber Optic. Warehouse Coordinator. We are a third party that supply’s sub-contractor’s equipment for installs of high speed Fiber Optic cable. My daily duties are. 5’s warehouse housekeeping. Warehouse inspection. Using correct cleaning solutions for damaged equipment, and properly disposing of equipment to meet OSHA, and Environmental Safety regulation. Managing the equipment with the contractors. Coordinating in-bound and out-bound orders. Pull subcontractors orders. Assigning equipment out and transferring it to the subs in the database system. Submitting documents in the database system. Transfer documents over to PDF files as needed. Critical attention to detail for specific items with serial numbers. Help troubleshooting with the equipment. Run equipment consumption reports. Monitoring the aging equipment and running reports. In-putting assigned order’s in our data system. (Microsoft Word, Excel, Oracle, Zoho, Siebel, Newton and eCrt). Responding to emails. Performing E.O.M audits for our warehouse and also with the sub-contractors. Processing RMA’s in the system. Forklift operator. Loading and unloading of equipment.
