Robert Nicolich

Over the past two years at Power I have grown tremendously. That's inside and outside of work. This job taught me how to be a professional and work to what I am worth.

When I first walked through those doors I was not even close to the best, but after reaching out and working with different people and finding who I can learn from, the day by day became a little easier. Now I am able to assist others who need the help along with hitting my numbers that are needed.

After being here for two years with all the ups and downs of my career, I am ready to take the next step as a Mentor. I am prepared to run my own team and still take care of myself to the point where we can all grow and see success.
