Facilitate all new hire classes for Owner and Signature sales lines.

Facilitate weekly "Fast Track" and "Good to Great" workshops.

• Provide qualified prospects for daily sales presentations by offering guests premium gifts in exchange for their time at a Timeshare presentation.

• Actively Recruit to hire licensed Insurance sales agents
• Train company policies, procedures, history, and all HR classes as well as sales scripts for Zoom sales presentations
• Conduct live Zoom sales presentations as part of training curriculum.

• Manager of Guest Relations overseeing all day-to-day operations for guest relations, bell staff, and golf cart attendants
• Moved to In House Sales Training as a Training Manager in 2005 training all sales training and company policy/procedure and HR training classes
• Assisted with recruiting and revamping process to increase number of licensed hires
