I began my career in business management to take part in the family business of truck and equipment repair. I worked in the repair and maintenance at a young age. ( sometimes not by choice! Just kidding) Learning that money is what keeps the doors open. Now on to the summary. I knew that money management played THE key role in success. I began as a heavy equipment mechanic dealing directly with finance and customer service. I had to learn all aspects of the business starting from the ground up before being a leader. I took an interest at a young age of what makes the wheels continue to turn, and how. Organization was key to operating. Before long my interest in knowing how everything worked was pure motivation. This may not be your usual summary, but I like some “old school” and some new.
