By providing a comprehensive project proposal and price quote for scanning and digitization of paper document records, large format drawings and records on microfilm rolls. My customer base, whether private or public include organizations that have to maintain any administrative, fiscal, legal and historic information that is accessed on a regular basis or has to be kept permanently.
Upon contact from a potential customer, I first find out if the solution I offer is a good fit for the customer. The next step is to schedule a date/time to visit with the customer at there office location to inventory the materials for this specific project. After gathering the information from the site visit and answering any questions by the customer, a project proposal/price quote is provided electronically for the customer to review, and make a decision to approve and move forward with the project or not. The project proposal/price quote provided is a complete gameplan regarding details about how the project will be done that includes a project start date and estimated completion date.
