• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to add multiple features to the product model via the PMCD process. Have successfully worked on the 8.3, 8.4, and 8.5 product models delivering accurate, high quality features.
• Achieved improved product model accuracy through effective execution and validation of factor updates. Streamlined processes by developing automation code (FLO Tool), enhancing overall productivity. Includes both CAPP factor implementation and non-CAPP factor updates.
• Work with Pricing to implement factor updates not included in DC.
• Responsible for assigning body types and symbols to vehicles as well as their factor assignment.
• Subject matter expert on VIN, Symbol assignment, Body Type assignment.
• Support state rate revisions by processing DOI factor justification and requests for USDOT, Mileage and Truck Symbol details. Facilitate updates to factors and provided assistance with inquiries.
• Facilitate issue resolution by serving as a key resource for team members.

Planning Ahead for Collaboration & Eduction lead

• Liaison between CRG and PL
• Responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating between CRG and PL for Policy Pro, PGR rate revisions and any miscellaneous work that impacts CRG and begins external to CRG
• Duties include assigning work, completing business requirements, working with QA, Developers and Business Analysts to implement changes
• Create and maintain competitor rating engines for premium display on PGR site.

• Purpose of the job was to maintain competitor insurance rates to be used in comparison to PL rates.
• Worked with PMs to create reports for their specific needs.

Main responsibilities included pricing services offered by hospital, assist in preparation of the budget, Medicare cost report, as well as ad hoc reporting.
