  • As Director of Food & Beverage for the largest fitness company in the world with brands such as Gold's Gym, McFit and John Reed, I was responsible for developing a 70,000 square foot lifestyle, health and wellness private club in Hollywood called Heimat that housed a restaurant named Mother Tongue along with a juice bar, spa, and salon
  • Heimat and Mother Tongue is a partnership with RSG Group and Mina Group
  • As Director of Food & Beverage I would oversee all food and beverage operations for the property
  • Duties include, input on all food and beverage menus, member relations, hiring all staff, training of all staff, accounting, HR, marketing, PR, and events.
