I was a part of testing and development of an AI system designed to resolve computer issues across various Windows environments. My role centered around enhancing the AI’s capabilities to interpret and act on non-technical user inputs, which were often vague and required significant contextual understanding. Key responsibilities included:

  • AI Instruction Enhancement: Authored and refined the AI's operational guidelines and scripts, enabling effective handling of a broad range of user-reported issues within Windows operating systems.
  • Virtual Environment Management: Engineered and managed a nested virtual machine setup, which allowed for the safe simulation of computer problems. This environment was crucial for rigorous AI testing without risking the integrity of my personal or company systems.
  • Version Control and Deployment: Implemented the integration and deployment of new AI functionalities, using GitHub and VSCode to manage code revisions and push updates to separate branches.
