- Maintain knowledge of products and services to present information according to sales train
- Provide information on all installation fees and campaign requirements and ensure compliance with all productivity standard requirements
- Utilized PowerPoint to design presentations that support sales efforts Coax, FTTH, and GPON services in the major markets Amarillo, Lubbock, and Midland and adjacent locations.
- Collaborate and build rapport with builders and residential developers regarding fiber and upcoming FTTH projects.

- Assisted with new installations and inspected completed work for customers.
- Position strategic alignment with market-specific demands and data-driven penetration strategies.
- Work together with Ecomm, Call Center and D2D to be resolve potential issues.
• Monitor West Texas new build developments and offer effectiveness and market competitiveness.
• Work with HOA community for participation in community work.
