Roberto Carmona

I got out of High School and went straight into Fort Myers Technical college for 1 year full time and lean about HVACR. Then on the summer break I applied at Coolsys and came here as an internship for the summer. I worked with senior techs during the summer and then went back to school, came back to Coolsys in March 2018 very hungry and eager to lean as much as I could and within 1 year I was giving stores to take care of as a store technician. Then became a team lead for Naples area and around 3 years ago I became an on call lead. I love working at Coolsys and I very motivated everyday to keep learning and pass my knowledge to new technicians.
