Maintain slot machines TITO system (ticket in ticket out) and all other related machines and equipment using hand and power tools. Conduct general maintenance or service on all machines and equipment. Ensuring defective machines to determine causes of malfunctions.
Adjust and repairs machines replacing worn or defective electrical or mechanical parts, using hand tools such as screwdriver and pliers.
Maintains a constant presence throughout the casino and walks around to assist guests and provide general information. Extends courtesy and helpful gaming information to guests. Responds to a complaint in a considerate, professional and positive manner by showing concern and listening actively.
Works and Ram clearing with various manufacturers specifications of machines such as IGT Aruze, Konami, Lightning and Wonder and Aristocrat etc .Troubleshooting the CPU, monitor and other boards of the machines.
Currently working onboard Celebrity Cruises, 17 years of experience in the casino industry, particularly the slot operation and maintenance.
