Supervise safety procedures during trail rides and interactions to provide safe and enjoyable ranch stays for guests.
Manage care and safety of herd of 65 horses and other ranch animals, including First Aid care to injured or sick animals
Manage Wrangler Team
Lead 2, 4 and 6 hour trail rides
Assign appropriate horses to guests based on guests riding ability and physical attributes
Sign Guests up for daily trail rides and other activities such as skeet shooting, targe shooting, archery, hatchet throwing and arena activities (team penning and horse games)
Establish tackroom/stable operations for employees to be effect and efficiency while keeping guest and horse safety as as the main priority
