With my experience in leadership positions in the past and present I'm able to manage my time well, multitask, and communicate with others to complete a job. I see tasks through and have the necessary critical thinking skills to handle a situation if things don't go as planned. I enjoy helping people above all and strive to make others feel seen and cared for. At the summer camp I volunteered at I was able to gain a better understanding of classroom management and student engagement. It's my pleasure to foster student creativity and lead by example.
