Summary

The entirety of my employment has been based in customer service. I enjoy working with people. I was on the opening team in February of 2007 for the O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar in Columbia, Tn. The location closed March 2024. Seventeen years with the same company attests to the dependability and integrity I have to offer. The majority of my experience has been in restaurants, but given the opportunity I believe my talents would be just as much of an asset in a different environment. While I do believe most things can be taught, being great with the general public is a talent, one I take great pride in. Finding a company I can grow with if the ultimate goal. My duties and responsibilities also involved much beyond customer care. The Health Inspection scores for the bar at my location were always impecable. That is obtained by being detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
