- As a project manager I have been invested in various commercial, residential and historic preservation projects in and around the Colorado Springs area. I have been a part of ground up residential construction, as well as various remodels of all sizes. I was the assistant project manager for the extensive remodel we took on at 21 N Nevada for the City Rock climbing gym in 2019-2020. I have been the project manager for various scopes of work at the Broadmoor Hotel which have all been completed on time and within budget. In 2022 I was the project manager for the remodel of the South Tower. The scope of work that was to be completed in 12 weeks involved removing all existing fixtures and finishes in 144 guest rooms between six floors. We had mints on the pillows and were ready for the guests to move in right on time. Years prior I was the assistant project manager on various other projects for the Broadmoor hotel to include North Eastmoor & South Eastmoor Tower, the West Ball Room, Broadmoor IT, and the employee cafeteria. I have done countless remodels for longer term residence living at the Broadmoor West Residence as well. I was the project manager for six ground up custom homes and have done countless remodels in Colorado Springs and in Manitou Springs.
