I also assisted in training new team members to enhance their coffee preparation techniques. Which allowed me to take charge and manage others for some time. It helped me understand how others feel while training and how I can improve my training in order for them to grow. I also managed product orders and putting away product which allowed me to ensure we had everything we needed. It allowed me to take control over all our stock to ensure proper management and made sure everything was used and nothing was wasted.
Continuous improvement and growth within the company is very much wanted!! And I would love to improve my skills, there is always room for improvement.
