Personal caregiver for my father upon his advance progression of

Parkinson's disease beginning in 2014.

• Assisted father with daily living needs to maintain self-esteem and general wellness.
• Cleaned house, ran errands, managed laundry, and completed weekly grocery shopping.
• Cooked meals and assisted father with eating tasks to support healthy nutrition.
• Supported daily hygiene needs of father by assisting with bathing, dressing, dental care and personal grooming.
• Transported father to events and activities, medical appointments, and shopping trips.
• Implemented home physical therapy prescribed by father's doctor to maintain muscle response and mobility.

During period of pandemic, 2020-2022, my father endured 3 periods

of hospitalization which required 1 regime of home hospice care (in

which he recovered and discontinued) and 2 regimes of home physical

therapy. These required additional skills as follows

• Implemented advance physical therapy under direction of PT/OT to support patient range of motion and injury recovery.
• Turned and positioned when bedbound to prevent bedsores and maintain comfort levels. Aid in toiletry needs.
• Changed dressings, bandages, and binders to maintain proper healing and sanitary measures.
