• Customer Service & Consultation: Greeting customers, answering inquiries about products and services, and providing expert recommendations on garment styles, colors, and printing and embroidery techniques.
• Order Processing & Quoting: Creating and submitting quotes, bids, and proposals, as well as managing the ordering process from start to finish.
• Lead Generation for new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking, as well as following up on walk-in inquiries.

• Documenting interactions in Printavo, processing payments, and sometimes handling inventory, merchandising, or shipping.

As a Screen printer my duties were to set up, operate, and maintain the automatic press called the "Cobra". The "Cobra can print up to 10 colors and maintain high volume by applying ink to garments, fabric, or other substrates. I was responsible for preparing screens, mixing ink colors, achieving precise registration, and ensuring the final product met quality standards. Troubleshooting production issues and maintain clean, safe equipment.

• Setup and Operation: Set up, align, and calibrate screen printing machines (manual or automatic) based on job specifications, including adjusting screen plates and pressure rollers.
• Printing Process: Mix, load, and apply ink to screens, maintaining proper viscosity.
• Quality Control: Inspect products during and after production for defects in color, registration, and consistency.
• Maintenance and Cleaning: Clean screens, squeegees, and machinery after use; perform routine, preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Workflow Management: Read work orders, manage, and track inventory, and ensure production targets are met efficiently.

In addition to screen printing, I also assisted in patch transfers for caps and heat transfers for garments.

As a Real Estate Appraiser trainee working towards my licensure, I learned to determine property values under the direct supervision of a licensed or certified appraiser. Responsibilities include conducting field inspections, measuring structures, photographing properties, researching market data, and assisting with report writing.

• Field Inspections: Visiting properties to inspect the interior/exterior, measuring dimensions, taking photos, and noting construction quality.
• Market Research: Gathering, analyzing, and verifying comparable sales, lease data, and property characteristics.
• Report Generation: Assisting in writing and preparing detailed appraisal reports in compliance with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) and local regulations.

• Collaboration: Working under the direct guidance of a mentor appraiser, often communicating with realtors, property owners, and lenders.
