  • Oversaw installation of software programs and hardware systems to meet requirements.
  • Took on the role of an “hybrid” or “technical” scrum master for our support team.
  • Manages & organizes my team’s JIRA board.
  • Lead weekly touch point calls with both internal team members (20+ people) and leadership including leads, managers, directors.
  • Obtained Scrum Master certification in 2018 & is still active today.

  • Created and executed hundreds of tests and various scenarios to ensure that the software for the imaging system worked properly
  • Handled many help desk tickets where I had to distinguish and resolve issues while also providing support which consisted of analyzing, troubleshooting and user support
  • Spent occasional time within the hardware department of company, assisted in the up keeping of Canon printers and scanners
  • Went offsite to customers’ businesses to provide technical support for scanners.
