  • Overall General Assembly (GA) lead, continue to collaborate with multiple agencies inside and outside of General Motors proper to design and improve future production build vehicles for the Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) segment. Enhance the capabilities with the launch team members to identify and mitigate problems that may arise with the manufacturing team from inception to product build and inception inside the Arlington Assembly facility. Being versatile and adaptive for multilayer coverage in both Trim and Chassis departments for the complex production of the T2 SUV build and assembly. Providing key data for financial and human resources support for the launch team members for administrative actions completed to ensure proper protocols and procedures are meet with the guidance of the companies’ strategic vision for maintaining a positive workplace.

  • As the senior launch coordinator, my role was to provide the Plant Launch Operational Manager (PLOM) with timely information for saleable events, float repairs, and day-to-day operations that led the organization to be successful from 24 LCI to 25 MCM, and now the transition for 26 LCI. Lead the team with the successful introduction of aftertreatment to the new LZO Diesel and L3B Four Cylinder engines along with the current 24 LCI model mix to the MY25 MCM with increasing throughput results for the MVBs build. While adding in the principles of Continuous Improvement (CI), I was able to foster team building relationships by reaching out to Industrial Engineers, Vehicle Systems, and the Quality departments to pull ahead tooling such as rear China bumper beam lift assist, improved Long Range Radar (LRR) Gravity Conveyer, along with the introduction of the new China Flywheel Indexer Tool to minimize the transition for parts from MY24 to MY25.
