Rodolfo Marquez Valencia

Hello! My name is Rodolfo Marquez Valencia. I'm a highly motivated and inquisitive Intern studying Speculative Design that seeks an internship opportunity to expand my design skills in any area of design and gain valuable real-world experience in the Design field. I love learning new things and I am very adamant on learning new abilities to increase my knowledge around everything around me. I am eager to have experiences in the field of Design while also growing my team skills, communication skills, creative skills, and helping others.

• Collaborated with Informatic Racers C.T. as a Mentor in Aerodynamic Design and designed the second fastest car (among 29 teams) at the F1 in Schools Mexico National Competition of the 2022 Season
• Awarded 5th Place Overall for Informatic Racers C.T. in the F1 in Schools Mexico National Competition of the 2022 Season (Mentor of Aerodynamic Design for this team)
• Awarded the Tenacity and Persistence Award in Development in the F1 in Schools Mexico National Competition of the 2022 Season
• Had a song licensed by Netflix to be used for TV Series "The Recruit"
• Collaborated with team of four in an engineering design class in the development of a robot which was to be made in a matter of only 5 weeks during the school year
• Have made quite a few 3D Art projects
• Achieved to help my younger sibling to be able to speak (after being diagnosed with a speech impediment) through effectively helping with practicing new syllables to form words, to then form sentences in order to help them learn how to speak. • Put on special piano performance for students and parents a year after I was awarded the Best Pianist Award at The Merit School of Music
