As a Catering team member in large corporations as On The Border, I assembled orders to dispatch to several events such as weddings, corporate event, business meetings.
Under the management of the catering captain, food and beverage services are provided to small or large groups and by using great leadership and organizational skills, the catering event is maintained at high standard of quality and servitude.
Event such as weddings, corporate events public relations and business meetings are held in hightest of standard to build a longterm relationship with our clients, vendors, and guest which increases catering output and sales. Worked directly with the catering coordinator and general manager to produce several different marketing strategies to promote business.
