While FIN Superintendent at TVA Browns Ferry my focus was on the following:
1. Emergent work (Priority 1 and 2), until completed or turned over
2. FIN Manager / Shift Manager priorities
3. Control Room Indicators, Annunciators, Operator Burdens
4. Review / walkdown / working incoming SR’s
5. Backlog reduction
We worked as a team to identify areas the craft needed to improve, and developed the training, and worked with training for implementation. This developed trust with the craft. Working with Ops we reduced the backlog from over 5,000 to under 65 and black board on unit 3. Several things I am most proud of is our safety record, development of craft and holding high standards.
