  • As a line cook, you need to get a lot of things completed for the opening shift which is cooking Mac and Cheese, Brisket Beans, and Collard Greens.
  • I have to shred pulled pork and prepare a sauce that goes with it and the same thing to the Chopped Brisket.
  • Get cold sides out from the walk like shredded cheese, butter, pickles, onions, coleslaw, and potato salad.
  • Get Potatoes, Cornbread, and Cobblers into the oven so they can be ready by the beginning of the shift which is 11 pm.
  • There are two stations in the restaurant the first is the BBQ side where the Brisket, Turkey, Sausages, and Ribs are cut at the customer's request.
  • Second will be the Bistro Side where Sandwiches and Potatoes. Nachos, are done to the customer desired.
  • That is what goes on at True BBQ inside the HEB Store.

  • As a mechanical assembler we worked on a beverage machine that Appliance Innovation created which are getting sold to Quick-trip in Oklahoma, Texas.
  • First getting the base of the beverage machine installed on a pallet getting towers, brewers, hoses, pumps assembled in each section that goes with that.
  • Next will be the electrical equipment installed like the touchscreen doors and start programming the beverage machine to work correctly running multiple tests so they can be packaged and send out.
  • I also helped with the inventory in this company because at one point they’re was 7 machines being assembled every day in that warehouse.
  • Plus having the knowledge of using a narrow forklift to get around the racks of the warehouse because they need the materials on the assembly lines.

  • Well this job serves as a recycling plant that work along with Amazon.
  • The duty is we get returned packages of every kind to the warehouse so the job of the package handler is to inspect every individual item.
  • No matter the condition if its used, broken, missing or brand new.
  • We create boxes in which we put all the Cardboard, Styrofoam, Hard Plastic, Wood, Glass, Metal, Food, Chemicals.
  • We create pallets of the good merchandise that come in the warehouse in which buyers are interested of buying them.
  • As a forklift driver I have to put them in the designated trailer of a 18 wheelers because that the pallets a customer bought.
  • Operated warehouse equipment to move and organize products safely.
  • Inspected incoming shipments for damage and compliance with specifications.
  • Assisted in loading delivery trucks with prepared packages.

  • Well, content moderators start their day looking at jobs that are sent to them by the client depending on the contract that works on.
  • Have to analyze jobs to place them in the right category which is free from scams and doesn’t include any illegal items.
  • Scamming will be categorized as people wanting to flip 100 dollars to 1000 or more.
  • Illegal items tend to be people wanting to sell their firearms, promotion of drugs, sell alcohol, prostitution, promoting violence.
  • These jobs will be flagged and taken down because they are a risk to the community and minors.
  • Other more severe topics will bullying and suicide which will be raised and sent to local authorities.

  • Well at the beginning of my shift I am given the responsibility of what route I’ll be doing for that week like either going to do the city of Dallas or Lavon or Forney it all depends on the number of packages that need to be taken out during that week.
  • The packages can range from medicine to expensive items so you know that individual is waiting for that package to be delivered to their home.
  • If you’re done early with your deliveries you are told to help in the pm sorts which are the individuals that are given pickups.
  • Helping unload all these items from the vehicles that need to go to the DFW airport so they can get to their respective destinations.
  • That what basically is done at Fedex on a daily basis.

  • At the beginning of my shift I have to ensure that clean tablecloths and mats are placed.
  • Remove any soiled dish-ware, glassware and flatware and deliver it to the washing area.
  • Throughout my shift clean up spilled food and ensure that floors and counter are sanitized.
  • Serve water to newly seated customers and inform them that they will be assisted by a waiter shortly.
  • Assist waiters in serving beverages and coffee.
  • Keep an eye out for customers looking for service and assist them.
  • Make sure that the restaurant area is clean at all times.
  • Serve appetizers such as bread and oil ensuring that there is constant supply of ice and drinking water for customers.
  • Assist in clearing tables after each course and bussing them with fresh plates and silverware.
  • At the end of my shift I have to clean and polish counters and furniture making sure I also mop and sweep the floors.
